Our ground clearance service is available to assist your customer relations staff when fitness to travel is in doubt, this could be as a result of recent illness, hospitalisation, injury, surgery or instability of an acute or chronic medical condition. Also when special services are required onboard the aircraft and evaluation is necessary if the passenger requires oxygen, stretcher, specialist/prescribed medication or medical equipment.
