When medical advice is required, clients can access our team of emergency care physicians via our Operations Centre. Available 24/7, our doctors will assess your situation, advise on medical conditions, support the personnel and recommend the correct course of action. This will ensure the best outcome for the patient.

Our Surgeons and Physicians are at the forefront of caring for people who fall ill or are injured at sea all over the World. It is the designated medical maritime rescue co-ordination centre for the North Sea and North Atlantic.

No additional equipment is required to use our service. The service is accessed via satellite communication, telephone, radio phone patch, email or video-conferencing.
